Gluten Free Information
With our patrons who have health related concerns, we provide a list of our manufactured ingredients that are gluten free. However, we cannot fully guarantee that our finished products will be totally gluten free as the process of making these products is exposed to other ingredients that contain gluten. Our pizza dough is made with wheat flour that contains gluten which is highly present in the working area of our kitchen. Thus, we cannot completely assure that the final products will be wholly gluten free. Since our foods are prepared in the same area, all these are exposed to the other products and it is very difficult to avoid cross contamination of ingredients and bases. But we are employing great care and diligence in the preparation of our products and we use only nothing but the best ingredients for the satisfaction of our customers.
